FPX deposits are usually processed within 5–15 minutes depending on your bank's server response. All funds you deposit into your Monkey88 account must be legitimately owned by you. You confirm that deposit funds do not originate from any illegal, unlawful, or money laundering activity. Monkey88 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own fees under their respective terms of service, which you should check separately.
To make a withdrawal from your Monkey88 account, you must have completed the identity verification (KYC) process if requested. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by Monkey88. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. No standard maximum withdrawal limit applies, although Monkey88 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in stages over a specified timeframe.
These timeframes are estimates based on typical performance. Under exceptional circumstances, such as technical disruptions or additional verification requirements, processing may take longer. The Monkey88 support team will notify members if an unusual delay occurs.
Before making a withdrawal, any account balance that includes bonus funds must meet the rollover requirement specified for that bonus. Original deposit funds (excluding bonuses) may be withdrawn at any time with no rollover conditions.
Monkey88 does not charge any withdrawal fees. Any deductions that occur come from your payment method provider, not from us.
New Monkey88 members who make their first deposit are eligible to receive a Welcome Bonus of up to RM388. The exact bonus amount is determined by your first deposit amount in accordance with the applicable bonus schedule. This bonus will be automatically credited to your account once your first deposit has been successfully processed.
All bonuses received at Monkey88 are subject to rollover requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The standard rollover requirement for the Welcome Bonus is 20 times the total bonus amount received. For example, if you receive a bonus of RM100, you must place cumulative wagers totalling RM2,000 before that bonus can be converted into withdrawable funds.

The results of all games on Monkey88 — including slots, Live Casino, poker, and Sports Betting — are final once the relevant spin, hand, or match has concluded. Appeals against game results will only be considered if there is clear evidence of a technical error or system malfunction that affected the outcome.
In the event of a technical disruption that prevents a game from being completed properly, Monkey88 reserves the right to void the relevant round or bet and return the wagered amount to the member's account balance. Winnings resulting from software errors or display glitches may not be paid out and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
For Sports Betting on Monkey88, official results announced by the relevant sports governing body (e.g. FIFA for football, BWF for badminton) are final. Bets settled based on live commentary or other unofficial sources may be reviewed if the official result subsequently differs. Extra time and penalty shootouts count for the applicable bet types – please check the specific terms for each bet type before placing your bet.
In poker games at Monkey88, all outcomes are determined by the system's automated evaluation. Players found using unauthorised external software — including poker bots, prohibited real-time HUDs, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage — will be banned from the platform. Any winnings obtained through such means will be forfeited in full.
